Terms and Conditions for Beta Testing Participation

This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Kore Meta Inc (“Kore Meta”) and individuals (“Participants”) who wish to participate in the beta testing of Kore Meta’s products. By providing your email address and participating in the beta testing, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Purpose of Beta Testing: Participants agree to provide feedback and test Kore Meta’s products for the purpose of improving their quality and functionality.
2. Collection of Email Address: Kore Meta may collect Participants’ email addresses solely for the purpose of communicating regarding beta testing activities, product updates, and related information.
3. Use of Email Address: Kore Meta agrees to use Participants’ email addresses exclusively for beta testing-related communication and internal purposes. Kore Meta will not disclose or distribute Participants’ email addresses to any third party without prior consent.
4. Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or other sensitive data shared by Kore Meta during the beta testing period.
5. Intellectual Property: Participants acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in Kore Meta’s products, including any feedback or suggestions provided during beta testing, belong exclusively to Kore Meta.
6. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Kore Meta harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the beta testing program.
7. Termination: Kore Meta reserves the right to terminate Participants’ participation in the beta testing program at any time, without prior notice or liability.
8. Modification: Kore Meta reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email.

By providing your email address and participating in the beta testing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
